SPORTS

Sports are the activities         that we can do in our free time.             

  
We must practice some sports to stay healthy and happy.

Some examples are:

Football:

Sport that is practiced between two teams of eleven players who try to introduce a ball in the goal of the opponent pushing it with the feet, the head or any part of the body except the hands and the arms.

Basketball:

Sport that is practiced in a rectangular court, between two teams of five players that try to introduce the ball in the opposite basket, using only the hands.

Volleyball:

It’s a sport where two teams face on a smooth playing ground separated by a central net, trying to pass the ball over the net to the ground of the opposite field.

Baseball:

It is played in an extensive field completely covered by natural grass except for the area called the corridor line, where offensive players run to reach the bases and scoring.

To conclude, we want to motivate people to involve in some sport because it’s super healthy and makes us so much happy.
